A Mini 360 is simply a 360 Feedback assessment that uses a much shorter feedback questionnaire. We recommend using Mini 360s to help employees to review their development priorities and decide whether they need to change since their last 'full' 360.
As they are shorter, Mini 360s can be used regularly throughout the year. We recommend doing this every 2-3 months.
