If you do not have access, we will need to help you get access, however:
If the individual is still at the company we will require their approval in writing. Please ask them to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request assessments are transferred / their account login details are changed.
- In circumstances where the account owner is no longer able to provide approval (e.g. the account holder has changed company), we need third-party confirmation from others in the business to make us confident that the data is not being requested / accessed for illegitimate reasons. In most cases, the CEO or other Director will need to give this permission.
