Our privacy policy (and data protection laws) prohibit us from giving access to a user's Spidergap account without the user's permission.

If you have access to the account holder's email, you can reset their password.

If you do not have access, we will need to help you get access, however:

  • If the individual is still at the company we will require their approval in writing. Please ask them to email us at support@spidergap.com to request assessments are transferred / their account login details are changed.
  • In circumstances where the account owner is no longer able to provide approval (e.g. the account holder has changed company), we need third-party confirmation from others in the business to make us confident that the data is not being requested / accessed for illegitimate reasons. In most cases, the CEO or other Director will need to give this permission.
