For 360° Feedback assessments, we normally recommend a simple 1 to 5 scale for rating questions.

We also recommend that you have more positive options (e.g. "Good", "Great!") that negative ones (e.g. "Poor"). 

Why? Because it's much rarer to give negative feedback than positive feedback. And by having more positive options, it makes easier differentiate between the areas you're good at.

Until now, however, our default template was not using a scale with more positive options than negative ones. So, we've now fixed that!
