Spidergap is a tool for 360° Feedback. It uses feedback from the people you work with to support you in prioritizing, planning and taking action on your personal and professional development.
Spidergap started life in 2011, co-founded by management consultants Alexis and Paddy, who were working with business and HR leaders on improving team performance. They used 360º Feedback tools, but found existing tools generated reports that were really difficult to understand — lots of data would give unclear messages and make it hard to work out what to prioritize.
In response, they worked with over 150 HR directors, managers and employees to design a feedback report that makes 360° Feedback easy to understand and use.
