In our individual reports, we like to keep things simple so it is easy for the employee receiving the feedback to identify where they need to improve.

One of the ways we do this is to use the terms Small, Medium and Large for the amount of improvement needed:

The exact boundaries for these are not as important as being able to quickly review which areas need more improvement than others.

Customizing the boundaries

The default boundaries are set up based on the number of rating scale options you have, and whether you are asking feedback providers to rate the desired performance or not.

You can also customize these for your project. Simply contact our team and let us know the name of your project and the updated boundaries you'd like to use.
