With a Spidergap subscription, you simply pay an annual price based on the number of employees you want to assess.

The cost of a subscription is based on the number employees you plan to run 360s on throughout the year.

Two weeks in advance of the annual anniversary of your first payment, we will send you an invoice and check whether you want to make any changes. 

On your renewal date, we'll automatically take payment for the next year via the debit/credit card you used before.

Adding employees

You can add more employees to your subscription at any time.

You will simply be charged the difference between the cost of your existing subscription and the cost of a subscription that also covers the additional employees.

Example:

  • You start a subscription for 10 employees in April 2020. The cost will be $890 ($89 per employee).
  • You wish to add 90 more employees in June 2020. This takes your total number of employees to 100 and so:
  • A subscription for 100 employees would cost $5,600 ($56 per employee).
  • You will pay the difference between this and the $890 you have already paid: $4,710
  • Your next invoice will be for April 2021, covering 100 employees at $5,600

Adding employees as you approach your renewal date

If you want to add employees in the last 3 months before your subscription renewal, we provide the option of renewing early. 

When renewing early, we will apply a discount to cover the unused months from the previous year.

Example:

  • You start a subscription for 10 employees in April 2020. The cost will be $890 ($89 per employee).
  • You wish to add 90 more employees in January 2021, and choose to start a new subscription period. This takes your total number of employees to 100, so:
  • The subscription for 100 employees would be cost $5,600 ($56 per employee)
  • We will apply a pro-rata discount on the previous subscription, so you will get a discount of 25% (for the 3 remaining months) * $890 = $222.50
  • Your invoice total will be $5,600 - $222.5 = $5377.50
  • Your next invoice will be for January 2022, covering 100 employees at $5,600

Note: The number of remaining months is calculated as full months left of use. For example, let's say that you added some additional employees to the system on February 15th 2018 and your renewal date is April 2nd 2018. We will apply a discount covering the 1 full month from March 2nd 2018 (your previous payment date) to April 2nd 2018.

Removing employees

You can remove employees from your subscription at any time.

If the removed employee has not been active, and no feedback has been collected for them, then you can replace them with another employee at no charge.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for removed employees, unless required by country-specific laws.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

You will still have full access to Spidergap until the end of the 12 month period you have paid for. After your subscription has expired, you can continue to login to Spidergap to access past feedback reports. However, participants will not be able to access Spidergap and you will not be able to run any new responses.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancelled subscriptions, unless required by country-specific laws.

You can cancel your subscription at any time — just let us know and we'll update our systems so that your next payment will not be taken.
