Occasionally, we hear of a participant that has submitted feedback about the wrong person.
Unfortunately, this isn't something that can be quickly fixed at our end.
How to manually fix this
Assuming that there's only one or two responses to fix, the best solution is to manually copy across the responses. Here's how:
Find the link that the participant needs to use to provide feedback, and use it to open the questionnaire
Copy the answers from Excel and submit the response
How to fix this for a lot of responses
If you have a lot of responses to fix, then we'll do our best to help but may need to charge for the time required (which will typically be a few hours of time for one of our developers).
