The novel coronavirus that started in Wuhan in China (COVID-19) is highly likely to cause significant global disruption in the coming months.

Fortunately, we fully expect to be able to continue providing our world-class support as:

  • We’re a globally distributed team that works entirely remotely, so will not be affected by mandatory home-working or travel bans

  • We’ve proactively reviewed the key risks to our team, and planned how to deal with (for example) schools closing

  • We’ll be reviewing the situation daily (including the impact on our customers and suppliers)  to identify where we need to adapt our plans or guidance.

However, we know that this virus will cause more disruption to many of our customers. So, to help you and your organization respond to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak, we’ve shared our view on how you and your L&D team can help your organization respond to coronavirus.
