Format the text in my email templates

See how to add bold and italics to your email templates when needed

For emails sent through Spidergap, we provide standard text out-of-the-box so you can run your 360s as quickly as possible.  If you'd like to amend the templates for these emails, you can do so using our article showing how to edit reminders and other email templates.

Although formatting these emails generally isn’t possible, you can use bold and italics to add emphasis. When editing these templates using modern browsers (excluding Internet Explorer), then you can use keyboard shortcuts. To do this, select the text you wish to apply this to and:

  • To bold: press Ctrl-B (or Cmd-B on a Mac)

  • To italicize: press Ctrl-I (or Cmd-I on a Mac)

To bold: press Ctrl-B (or Cmd-B on a Mac)

To italicize: press Ctrl-I (or Cmd-I on a Mac)

If you need help with this, or getting a hyperlink added to your email template please contact the team at support@spidergap.com.
