      Create a Privacy Policy for Your 360° Feedback Project

      We recommend that you share clear policies with your participants that cover:

      • How their data will be used

      • Who their data will be shared with

      • When their data will be deleted

      • How they can access, delete and rectify data.

      This has a number of benefits, and may be needed to comply with legal requirements such as GDPR.
