Managing feedback providers who want to choose their relationship to the person being assessed

Sometimes, people giving feedback may want to select their relationship to the person receiving feedback (instead of the other way around)

Feedback providers are not able to set or change their relationship to the person being assessed. 

We used to support this feature, but found that feedback providers would frequently choose the wrong relationship. This could create a lot of work for the project administrator who would need to review all relationships and fix the incorrect ones.

We now support some alternative solutions:

• You can ask the employees being assessed to choose their own feedback providers, which includes a step to select their relationship to each feedback provider

• You can show the selected relationship in the questionnaire, so the feedback provider can contact you if they believe it is incorrect

• If you become aware of a relationship that has been set incorrectly, it’s easy to update the relationship
