      Gain Access to a Colleague’s Spidergap Account

      It's important that your admin list is always up-to-date.

      Our Privacy Policy and data protection laws prohibit us from giving access to a user's Spidergap account without the user's permission.

      In order to get access, you will need to first get access to the account holder's email account and can then reset their password. Your IT team should be able to help you with this.

      To avoid any problems of this nature, we highly recommend that you give 3 or more administrators access to your organization.
