One of the best outputs of a 360° Feedback assessment is getting clarity on your strengths. The best performers understand their strengths and play to them!

While we've always started our report with a summary of your top 5 strengths, we've now expanded on this.

The new strengths-focused pages

You can now add 2 new strengths-focused pages to the start of your report:

To add this to your reports, simply select them on the design reports page:
