Product update (October 2022): Easier payments and clearer Billing contacts
We know our customers are busy so we have made it even easier to make payments using your securely saved card. When you place your order, you can also confirm the correct billing contact so that our team can contact them directly regarding any billing matters.

To pay for your 360º feedback assessments before kicking off your project, you will need to click on Billing on the top right of the page:
When placing your order, you will now be given the option to use your existing card or replace it with a new one. Whichever card you choose, you can decide if you would like us to securely save this card for future purchases or not.
You will see these options when you click Pay now:
2. When you place an order, you will be asked to provide contact information for who we should contact in case of any invoice or payment queries.
You will see these options on Your order page:
This contact will be added to your Spidergap organization. You can remove them or replace them with a new Billing contact at any time by clicking on your organization name and selecting Team.
