Up until now, our public website and application have used the same web domain (www.spidergap.com). We've now migrated the application from www.spidergap.com to app.spidergap.com.
This change will to help us to speed up website and application improvements planned for 2024 and beyond.
How will it impact your team?
All of the application links from www.spidergap.com have been forward to app.spidergap.com.
For example, if you visit www.spidergap.com/login you should now be automatically redirected to app.spidergap.com/login. From here you should be able to login successfully as you always have.
The same will be true for all of the links that are sent to participants in your 360° Feedback surveys. The links to choose feedback providers, provide feedback, and download reports will simply forward to the new URL and continue to work.
Participants should not notice any change unless they inspect the URL in their web browser.
What to do if you experience any issues
For the vast majority of our customers, no change should be required.
If you do experience any issues, it is likely that your IT team has restricted access to websites other than www.spidergap.com.
Please forward this help article to your IT team and ask them to unblock the app.spidergap.com domain.
