Our customers have shared feedback and as a result we’ve made some changes.
It’s now easier for an administrator to design an effective rating scale and check feedback response rates.
1. Rating scale guidance now lets you know that you should:
-
Use a continuous rating scale (i.e. 1,2,3,4,5)
-
Use only positive numbers
-
Not update your rating scale in a project once feedback has already been collected
2. Sort feedback provider response rates:
When checking for progress in a project, you may want to see which response rates are highest or lowest. We’ve updated the tool to let you sort the Response rate column.
Simply click the column header to sort by descending order, or click again to sort by ascending order.
3. A new email template to continue providing feedback:
As a security measure, when a feedback provider starts a questionnaire but does not finish, they are emailed a new link in order to carry on where they left off.
Rather than re-send their initial invitation, we now have a unique template that makes it clear that they can now resume providing feedback.
As with all our email templates, you can customize this by following these steps:
-
Click on Design from the left-hand menu bar
-
Select the Email templates tab
-
Click on View and edit templates next to the Request feedback link
-
Press Edit on the new template which is titled “Participant requesting a new link to continue providing feedback”
