See an example timeline for a 360° Feedback project

When planning your timeline, you should consider:

  • Do you want participants to choose their own feedback providers?

  • How long will people get to provide feedback?

  • When will you send reminders?

  • When will the feedback be shared and used?

Below, we’ve outlined an example timeline. You can use this as a starting point for your own if it helps.

Week 1

  • Monday: Send invitations to choose feedback providers, and invitations to complete self-assessments

  • Thursday: Send reminder to choose feedback providers

  • Friday: Deadline for choosing feedback providers

Week 2

  • Thursday: Send reminder to approve feedback providers

  • Friday: Deadline for approving feedback providers

Week 3

  • Friday: Send reminder to submit feedback

Week 4

  • Wednesday: Send reminder to submit feedback

  • Thursday: Send reminder to submit feedback

  • Friday: Deadline for submitting feedback

Week 5

  • Tuesday: Final deadline for anyone unable to finish in week 4 (e.g. due to sickness)

  • Wednesday: Share feedback reports
