Understand why Spidergap is unavailable to organizations in Russia

Spidergap is a UK company and must comply with applicable UK laws and sanctions. These include restrictions that may affect the provision of certain software and technology to organizations connected with Russia or for use in Russia.

To manage these legal and compliance risks, Spidergap has adopted a policy of not accepting new customers in Russia or customers intending to make Spidergap available for use in Russia.

This policy is based on the organization’s location, legal status and intended use of the service. It does not apply solely because an individual is a Russian national.

Organizations operating outside Russia that have ownership, operations, subsidiaries, users or other connections involving Russia may be subject to additional checks before we can confirm whether we are able to provide services.
