Understand your invoice

Your invoice provides a breakdown of charges related to your plan, license usage, and payment options. Here's how to read, download, and manage it.

How to view and download your invoice
  1. Go to your Billing page
  2. Click View outstanding invoice (if you have one)
  3. You'll see a summary of your invoice with the option to:
    • Download invoice – This will save a PDF copy to your device
    • Pay now – Takes you to a secure page where you can enter your card details and complete payment

If you're paying by bank transfer, download the invoice and use the banking details listed at the bottom of the PDF.


 
Where to find the due date
Your invoice shows the due date on the PDF invoice on the top right corner, below the invoice no. 


Reviewing the description to see what it’s for
The Description section of your invoice will clarify what you’re being charged for. Common examples:
  • Annual plan with any licenses included (e.g., Basic (Legacy) Plan including 10 licenses)
  • Additional licenses added
  • Optional additional services added (e.g., Managed feedback or questionnaire design)
This helps you verify:
  • Which plan or services the invoice is for
  • How many licenses are included
  • That the cost matches your expectations with any taxes due
