Address Issues When Entering the Wrong Email Address for Invitations
It's important to make sure your participant receive their invites.
If any of the emails that you send in Spidergap 'bounce', then you will be alerted automatically via email within 24 hours.
If you suspect an email has bounced but have not received a notification within 24 hours, you can ask support@spidergap.com to check whether our systems show any issues with the email.
Once you've identified that you have entered the wrong email address, you can edit the email address of a participant (and re-send any emails) using Spidergap.
